There are not many 3-4 units available these days, but Ideally, you want to be around Charles Village where $250 is not going to cut it, or areas like ashburton, dorchester or brooklyn might have  3-4 multi-units, but don't know if you want to be around there.

First putting your primary home in an LLC, as a trustee for you or someone else to avoid liability is a hugely bad idea in nearly every case I can imagine due to a slip and fall, or other liability on the property.First LLCs and anonymous trusts are more fiction than fact as to reliability. 

I placed the property in the market for rent prior to the final inspection of the village.

The properties are between Orlando and Tampa close to the Villages.

I was looking in the areas of Avondale, Bucktown, wicker park, UK village and Logan.

In five years, people maybe pay you half of what you think you can get now or your occupancy may drop in half. most of what you said above to me is fiction and wishful thinking.

I'm new to this and learning but I think Post-Gentrification Elmwood Village in Buffalo NY is mostly Class B.   

Moore, the Urban Core, The Village (occasionally), and Norman. 

(The 'village' bottom left is a HUGE mobile home park).
