I have never done an FHA loan personally, and I know there is a limit to them, and I believe that when buying a MF to live in through FHA, the property has to be shown to be self-sufficient.I do know there is a limit to how much money you can use through FHA, and I think most people exhaust it with their first purchase, so in a year, you will need 20% down.
