I also think we're going to see pretty much endless stimulus to keep things propped up, whoever is in office (though the bill comes due at some point).I do think we'll see more foreclosure than there are now, and there will be downwards pressure on prices.

I will say, they garage conversion was the source of endless headaches despite being permitted albeit many years ago. 

Even if needed, title companies would hire a courthouse runner to fetch copies.Title companies in Texas use underwriters - a lawyer who examines instruments related to tracts and parties to give an opinion on the marketability of title.

Get a runner / architect that knows Alameda County and works with them.Permit guys don't care how long or how much as long as you acknowledge they are smarter than you and must be appeased.

With already working in the RE industry (in Charleston, South Carolina) for about 5 years now, I've always been aware of the endless opportunities found in RE but never took the initiative to start my own personal pursuit.

My goal is to have my first rental property by the time I am 25, but before I am trying to read, listen to podcasts and watch videos on REI and the endless possibilities that real estate has to offer.

These opportunities are endless and I'm curious why?
