Carlton Sheets told us "you're offer should be so low that you should be embarrassed to present it" remember?

I wrote this first thing in the morning (luckily im not an English teacher) - that's my story and sticking to it, thank you for the correction, that relates perfectly to my topic ( have to say I'm a bit embarrassed), but thank you nevertheless.Thank you for everyone's advice on the topic, and I have been approaching buyers in a very non-grandiose manner.

I fed his cat, constantly changed the litter box because it smelled so bad and was embarrassed to have anyone over because the carpets were so badly stained.

I'm embarrassed to call myself a full-time investor as I don't do anything most of the time.

I'm too embarrassed to call into Dave's debt-free screams or millionaire theme hours, but then again, most of those folks are getting out of the land of stupid, not building a massive balance sheet or getting out of the rat race with tons of 'passive' cash-flow.  

I'm kind of embarrassed I'm twelve years late to the party, but here we go!
