When my door was closed, I could tell by moving the Encode deadbolt by hand that it was scraping on the strike plate, which uses more battery power and can cause it to jam completely if the door swells from weather.  

With technology and public access to MLS and other data bases, the value of and number of deals where a wholesaler can add value has declined significantly2.

I've used the skip-tracing service they recommend and didn't feel the data was good enough.

I know that is not always the case.Selling anything right now to have to buy another primary doesn't appeal given rates now vs. what we have, but to your point we might be able to do more with that cash vs. just leveraging equity & financing.I'll run some numbers and happy to share with more data.

With various data sources to back me up, many say Chicago could gain even more climate-migrants and the likes from each west/east coast who're facing extreme weather events at unprecedented rates (I lost my home in 2007 in San Diego due to a wildfire, and know many others like me).
