It is a bit unconventional:1) Co-purchase a home with another single parent in 2021 that is larger than our current living situations in order to establish a mutual support system (both have steady employment - I'm a DoD fed and she is a long time teacher in DC)2) Once new residence is established, rent out my current townhome which continues to appreciate in value due to a new high school being built (first rental property)3) Purchase a multi-family unit with a small collaborative I am working to establish to provide collective pooling of resources.  

We have created an environment where novice and experienced investors can come together, learn and collaborate on all aspects of real estate.This is a great opportunity to meet fellow real estate investors, flippers, buy & hold experts, out of state investors, lenders, wholesalers, agents and more.

It's a great structure and we all collaborate.
