If I get a piece of mail designed on some yellow letters site it is immediately going in the trash because it screams newbie, that won't close on my deal or offer me a fair price.

Actually a little less because it takes a few days for the letter to get to you.Actually, you said you have the resources to pay it off out of pocket, so you should be good.

I think handwriting these letters will be much more effective than just a typed-out print.

Usually if they have a RAFT pre-approval letter that states their approved then you know they at least went through some kind of screening process.
