Just trying to reach out to local investors in capital region area specifically those who are active in the Albany, NY area to connect

Just trying to connect with other investors and landlords in Albany, NY or otherwise the Capital Region Area.

I only have access to the stats for my region...but in the entire mid atlantic, there is only 3 months of housing supply. 

are there key players in various regions? 

We are not averse to other regions, the numbers just looked more promising in the north.

I usually look in the area just north-east of downtown LA (the region spanning Eagle Rock, Glassell Park, Montecito Heights, all the way down to City Terrace).

Though I will be able to make a comfortable living working my current job alone, I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket nor do I want to work for somebody else for 40-60 hours a week until I'm too old to enjoy the fruits of my labor.I'd love to connect with and get to know who else is investing in this region, especially those of you following the BRRRR model!  

I would also get on the phone with a lot of the local and regional community banks to start running the deal by them for financing.
