What happens if you have a fund and wish to advertise separate series with different private placements; one of which allows for advertising and one that doesn't?

As for learning from the best, just because someone is on TV or pitching at a Saturday event, doesn't mean they are the best.

If I were to look it up I'd start with the Texas RE Commission and see what statues (series) are used and move from there.
