I have an appointment Friday to view a duplex in Rio Grande with the owner/seller. 

I've got a rental property in my name. If I quit claim the deed to my Ga LLC (which is owned by a WY LLC w/ a paid-for nominee), would this keep my name out of the public? Further, would an attorney be able to drudge ...

So to touch on the subject of my post, I got to mow the grass at my duplex and cut down 5 foot tall weeds, because my mower has apparently not shown up and I got a call from the chief of police on Friday, yay!

We are having a meet up next Friday and a CPA will be sharing some knowledge as it pertains to REI. 

I was just in Los Altos Friday night for a meetup and one of the attendees stepped out back of the Pizza joint and fired up a doobie asked if I wanted a hit.. told him if i did that you have to pick me up from the floor..

We completed an extensive remodel on two houses and got it listed with this person.The property was supposed to be listed on a Monday, unknown to us the agent went out to state to party with some friends and was too drunk to list it until Thursday or Friday.

The letter won't arrive until Friday and I wanted to give them a heads up of this information since I'll be using Apartments.com to collect rent.

Friday August 20th, 2021 4:45 pm:  A Belleville, Illinois landlord was stabbed to death while collecting rent from a tenant in his apartment building.
