I can do this myself!

I purchased flood insurance on a Zone A property in July this past year on a house that had previously flooded. 

Half of the PM's down here can't read contracts, don't know how to inspect a property for damage, etc. - they just use whatever contractor is giving them the most free stuff at the time.

This property has been a great experience and we have learned a lot from it over the last several years.

Looks like another bad operator is at it again with an attempt to keep their poor investments alive, this time from Rise48.

However I haven't found any clarification on this aspect yet.

Since this is your first renovation, I recommend getting a GC to do it.
