We live in Southern California but have a lot of family in the north east.

And no encroachment from either west or east.. so no through traffic etc.

I really like East Mesa and Apache Junction.

We are based out of Woodstock VA and serve the I-81 corridor from Harrisonburg to Winchester and East to Fairfax.

I work with hundreds of investors from CA and they seem to like the southern/middle part of the country because the price points are easier and the landlord laws are much more favorable.

For context, the unit is located in the North Austin area just east of the 183A toll off of Brushy Creek road.
