@George Damianeas I thought I had, but he's had to come out to repair a dishwasher 3 separate times and wasn't sure what the root cause is, so I'm still exploring.

So far in that unit, we've had leaking toilet seals, a backed up washer pipe (crushed or corrupted by roots somewhere underground) that we rerouted into the main exit pipe with a pump, a completely stopped up sink drain, and water coming through the vapor barrier causing rusting on the cracks in the vinyl floor planks.

Some older buildings the trees were planted to close to the buildings for the height size and can cause roots in utility lines, sidewalks popping up, animals access to the roof, cracking the foundation, etc.
