Rents started to come down and I had to leave a lot more money in projects that I was in the middle of.

After reading Rich dad poor dad when I was 16 and began reading more of his books it was clear that a duplex was the way to jump start my career as an investor and more superior than a single family when it came to cashflow.

I will add that you definitely do not need to be near your investments, but it makes things a lot easier when you first start off. 

However, This was a gut rehab on a 8k total sqft building.

I recently took a leap of faith and invested in a mentorship program with Tom Zeeb and his Total Traction Real Estate Mentors program.

I think it could be due to niche cabins still having a strong nightly rate but I’m a total noob. 

I'm brand new, just getting started, so trying to get everything in order.
