Thank you @Avery Carl@Amit Desai I am a lender and the company I work for follows Fannie Mae guidelines with no overlays when it comes to this topic.  

 @Dan Heimer this is a little off topic, but if that picture you have on your profile is of Thanksgiving diner with family then you are definitely blessed. 

Anyway, I wanted to make it clear I was referring to state unclaimed funds, which is very easy, and you can do it part time, not the tax overages that was the original topic of discussion.Thank you,Mark

This typically means the local governments have not even discussed the topic of STRs, which may not be the best scenario for you as the investor or buyer.
