If you can’t take a little constructive criticism (and you’re obviously very quick to dish out criticism in a market you don’t know), then you might need to grow a thicker skin if you want to do real estate long term.

I just had an inspection at the property and found it pretty dirty not trashed but dishes everywhere stacked dirty...just dont clean. 

It's sold in pads for scrubbing dishes.

Selling with appreciation isn't the only way to make money on that sale, although obviously, it is very very tasty icing on the cake lol
