For quickie emergencies there are always the "18 months no interest" options at Lowes or Home Depot along with similar terms from your credit cards (those checks you can write for a 3% fee and then have 12-18 mos to repay).

I have had property issues but they were never negative experiences with OCF, in fact, they proved to me that I'm with the right company.2018 was a busy year. 2 tenants moved out within a month of each other (one evicted actually), refurbish needed to be done, I delayed on the payment for that and the copper piping was stolen from one of the properties.
