I would replace the damaged items and have my sibling reimburse me.

If just one of your kids gets in then the sibling automatically does, too.  

I could see where someone could perhaps be able to pull this off with a sibling's identity, especially if they looked alike. 

I'm not interested in "theming" like Star Wars or Disney rooms as my adult kids, siblings and older parents also come stay with us here and they don't need to sleep in Little Mermaid rooms. 

If you have siblings, you will want to talk to them.

Siblings have passed away and based on what she told me there is just one niece that she has not spoken to.

Siblings and family are up to date too.Not been a bad experience at all.

To make this long story short, I come from a family of 5 younger siblings, a mom going back to school, and a dad who is consistently gone months at a time for his business.

The big factor in this decision is that if it were possible to avoid any capital gains associated with buying out sibling 3 that would be ideal.
