@Orlando Johnson- If you were going with 6% real estate agent fees the $12,500 number is incorrect. 

Fees are really low too. 

I have 7 MTR and my income is 1.7x my long-term rates ($1200 vs $2000), but that is very specific to my properties, my location, my business model, etc. 

Refinancing: If the lender doesn’t approve, refinancing under the LLC might be required, but LLC loans typically come with stricter terms and higher rates.3.

If it was due to a natural disaster they cannot raise your rates.

Landlord friendly laws keep you safe(ish) from legal disputes with tenants and there are pockets in both markets that are appreciating at solid or better rates.

Rates will at some point allow you to refinance.
