They feel like being known as the off-market hub is taking money out of their pockets. 

If I had to predict areas that will grow in appreciation in Harrisburg...They would include midtown, areas along the Susquehanna river(scenic area with running paths), Harrisburg train station area (central hub for transportation with plans to grow), and Cameron street (industrial area seeing a slow revamp).

Sheena.If you go with a good smart lock such as Schlage or kwilset that supports zwave you can use a SmartThings hub to control the locks.  

I'm really keeping an eye on it because it's set to become a filmmaking hub, so I'd be able to fall back on that for a gig or two if I made the move and needed the support. 

Austin has 118 people moving here every day, has the state government and huge university to bolster its economy along with being a huge tech hub and now soon a medical hub.
