@Brian Gibbons,I agree you will have shade tree lawyer who is waiting in the wings to help the uneducated home owners when the lawyers say I can get you a u-haul full of money, and the home owner's eyes will light up like a used sear's Roebuck pinball machine and now when you go to court, and the judge will make the decision if the home owner gets anything or gets put into the street.

This area didn't crash hard and has pretty much bounced back to or above previous highs so it isn't the worst bet in the world.Also if you are in it for the long haul in 20 years you can be making crazy amounts of money as rents go up and your payments are fixed, or get paid off.
