Hi ChrisI agree with Yoshio as Brazil has leaped 10 places into the #2 spot as the international preferance by investors replacing China to the #3 as the countries providing the best opportunity for capital appreciation, according to the International Real Estate Report by NAR.Some of the Latin American countries are doing good currently in this economic downturn.

American dollars value is going down, and America is high developed.

And while they do it they will be waving the American flag, singing patriotic slogans and clutching the Christian cross.

After helping numerous investors from all over the country accumulate wealth the old fashion way, I finally made the leap myself and haven't turned back yet.

I find it very dis-heartening to think of the "hardship" that the American is forced to endure, in relation to his counterpart in other parts of the world.

I think that the way the American people are basicly being forced to choose between the lesser of two evils is undemocratic.Why do the ideas of these canidates and the issues they address go unaddressed my the media?

I am looking to supplement my income so I can increase my RE portfolio over time and then eventually the American Dream...

It is not the politcs behind this for me, I see this as a turning point for our country in the respect of having more Americans deciding to have a voice and participate in the political process.

I imagine the routes are the same (banks, mortgage, private, alternative, etc) but I'm curious if their lenders were foreign or American.
