I’m currently looking at purchasing a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom Single Family as a first time home buyer.

It is important to purchase at a discount because it likely will sell at a discount in the future and because of the elevated risk associated with unpermitted units.  

I would stick with SWFL as the properties have deep discounts right now.
