Not even close.Its money that is taken away from you, money you could be using to spend on an amazing vacation, an enjoyable and rare tea/wine/whisky, invest, increase passive monthly income, build a school in a 3rd world country, give to charity, etc.

@Christopher Bryan My point about running a rental business is that we are aware of Fair Housing Laws, were not a coffee shop.Also your personal profile lists nothing about you so are you a rental owner or just someone that runs a charity.
