SHould I Just send a letter?

When they fail to pay in full, give them your state required default letter and take them to court.

I recently received a letter stating that due to our property not performing up to standards, they will automatically be reducing our collections % down from 58% to 50%.

It's very expensive, has horrible traffic on restrictive roads due to the geography, but is very beautiful, not much snow, milder temperature swings, great hiking and outdoor activities such as 4x4 or hot air balloon tours - very touristy.  

In the event they do require the loan to be paid off entirely, they issue a demand letter that gives you 30 days befor ethey begin a foreclosure.

I have also sent personal hand written letters to people who are listed on the tax records of properties that are vacant.

I just got my engagement letter and I was a little surprised to see the heavy focus on the educational side of things.

Depending on what they say would influence the next steps.....also send a letter/email something in writing to the PM detailing the lack of response and the contract you have with them.

I am considering this spring to be proactive and put out a note about proper installation of window units this spring that will coordinate with a letter about their spring inspection.    

I offered subto/seller finance, with a down payment to take care of ex-wife's equity, and a balloon payment 3-5 years. my question is if i use a TREC contract, would and list the details of the transaction, is there anything else i need to do as far as paperwork besides the contract?
