We use a CPA for audits and tax returns but use either bookkeeper and in house resources for the daily/weekly tasks.

@Jordan Bochner, If underneath are some nice solid sub treads (good condition 2x or plywood), you can use anti-slip paint designed for steps & flooring (an example would be https://www.homedepot.com/p/Sure-Step-1-Gal-Anti-S... ) for the treads, white for risers to give them a high end look. 

I had 2 properties in the Poconos general area, and recently had to close 1 due to newly passed, but sure to be defeated, anti-Airbnb laws by a local township. 

@John MorganIf you have the cash/financing, ability to multi task, then by all means keep looking and lock another one up.

In the process of my journey I tried to figure out... how on earth can I actually get that deposit money... for the commercial real estate multi family building... it appeared to me as quiet an impossible task, especially with so much hassle factor in place... to even get the multi family building....I realized that the only way to earn money... is to not just have multiple part time jobs.. but... also know exactly.. the purpose... behind you getting these part time jobs...   

This is HUGE in Ontario because the RTA is brutally anti-landlord.

Here is the quick and dirty; I am late cashing out an investor due to the fact that my account is currently frozen due to some red flags on how I was moving money in and out (newer account, a few failed closings, so monies came in and out of escrow, so the activity looks weird) The bank is doing some kind of anti money laundering investigation, which I am not worried about at all.
