@Kana Watanabe I have seen @Christopher J Driscoll Designs for his ADU and they are amazing, He has gone through the process of speaking with a lot of GC's in the area so hes a great resource for all of the above.

And the only "client" reviews I've seen mention that their customer service is non responsive and difficult to get a hold of once you're purchased their services.

Because little Johnny's Mommy wasn't too pleased when showed what the "nice kid with a backpack" gave him for selling him his "toy" and found out it was worth a whole lot more than a "handful of jelly beans".... 

The rental game is funny in that you want to responsible enough to always make rent, but not successful enough to easily afford buying a house.

No maintenance unless it's absolutely necessary and I make sure to charge the tenant if they are in any way responsible.

If the only indication that he is difficult is not wanting to send his ID to a stranger on Facebook, I wouldn't blame him. 

It can help build some incredible relationships and really learn some great tips from the pros!
