Further, my understanding is that it is possible to create a multi member LLC with yourself and a corporation as members, where you're the corporate official(s) - but we're getting fairly deep into the weeds here.Note that I'm just a lowly landlord who has attended seminars and implemented some of what was taught.

Is anyone else planning to attend the WealthCon event in Las  Vegas next week? 

The legal exposure is far too much with everyone suing each other and now the laws in Denver are more tenant friendly.

While continuing to do research, I have been sent emails and attended webinars where they offer paid mentorships.

I recommend attending a few of those to meet others who are doing what you want to be doing!

Great place to live -- not so much when there is little to no leverage to purchase my own home, burn rate goes very quickly, or perhaps I don't know enough.I follow Brandon Turner, BiggerPockets, Grant Cardone and have attended both his Real Estate and Sales & Marketing talks.I would like to get into real estate to one day either purchase or build my own Home Recording Studio.

I know you suggested that I should attend meet up.

I will continue to look in the Denver area but will look for more meat in the deal to support the extra headaches that comes with the process.
