Couldn't agree more John, I decided to move from the foothills of the Rockies to MAKE Chicago my backyard... because at the end of the day it just had too many more advantages over markets like Denver, even with property tax rates being what they are.

However, I do know at MTR summit, co-hosts were offering to include the same feature at much lower rate than my STR PM charges leading me to believe there is some automated way to do this.   

For this to be possible at your age, you are able to have a parent co-sign and use their credit, income statements, etc.
