As far as the discrimination goes, I'm a woman in real estate.   

The woman in charge says that the class can be written off for taxes entirely (and it’s expensive), but she’s from California and I’m from Pennsylvania.

I am working with a blind woman now who is employed but gets govt, support and would gladly share with other tenants. the hard part is finding those with special needs and the govt organizations that could support this type of housing. would be interested in anyone who is doing this now outside of college student housing which in my area has already been priced for the higher rents paid by the room with all utilities included etc.

She's an elderly woman that is wanting to unload her properties and travel in her final years of life.  

I slowly realized, this woman is brilliant (glad she's mine).

If you just describe it as an extra room for storage, the tenant can use it as an office or man/woman cave, etc.

The woman in the assessor's office informed us that it would be rejected by the recorder because his name is signed differently than it is printed.  

It should just be seen as another shield, for your financial future.My sister-in-law is a very sweet young woman, she had a major disaster personally.

Two years ago I found a woman on Bigger Pockets that had just put a property under contract.

Guess I've heard too many SOB stories.Had one woman come view one of my houses and her first comment out of her car was that the "front yard looked bigger in the pictures online".
