I have laminate in most of mine as they are less expensive and don't stain. 

Fixed the cosmetic repairs needed, sanded and re-stained the floor, and put a new roof on it!

A short-term rental needs to be kept in top shape, and guests break thing, stain sheets, scuff up pots and pans, lose beach towels, etc. etc. etc

No fussy features like marble countertops that stain easily or other house systems that require upkeep like water softener systems and similar. 

Every now and then you'll have to clean vomit stains from the carpet. 

I am not sure where the stains came from (maybe a cat barfed?)

The lighter stain the better.

Aftercorrective action is taken on an existing defect, you will continue to receive warranty coverage for theremaining period of your original warranty.x One replacement floor only will be made for the wear out, fading and staining.
