Do you know of any short-term or system that is portable if new owner does not want to assume a contract.  

As a GC myself I would agree with most of the posts as to pay for the material and possibly a small mobilization fee.

You can automate rent and late fee charges every month and use it to track all the financials, including entering bills and printing checksThe mobile apps are convenient as well.

I very rarely speak to the majority of the other tenants in my park, but this is only because I live in a small mobile home park where I am the only Caucasian.

there is a program called ankidroid.it allows you to make flash card questions across mobile and desktop devices,go through all your chapter's and create the questions and answers then simply use the program
