Nevertheless, our apples to apples comparison would need to be a pocket, or something very traditional with front spaces that go unused and very small back yards (15 feet depth).Having lived in one, are there any details that you would add, copy or avoid (sight lines to neighbors, small fences in front of porches, common bbq or fire pit areas)?

Student loan debt and rent spikes will fuel a drive to even cheaper areas within the City and the local owners will embrace it but the tenants will be upset by the gentrifiers because their rents will go up and new, different businesses will push out older, familiar shops.I find it a little ironic that a couple of anti-gentrification folks are resorting to these types of tactics to keep presumably white gentrifiers out of a German neighborhood.
