To my knowledge there isn’t a BP page for Columbus overall; you need to do your own research or use the resources of motivated investor-friendly realtors like ReafCo.

I am definitely happy I at least got started in my real estate investing journey and am taking away knowledge I would have not had if I just stumbled with the what-ifs.

The people who are successful, probably are already in the business or have some background and really do not generate any more knowledge from the training.

This community is full of knowledge, support, and inspiration for all experience levels.

Now that I've gone through all of the steps to get through my process, I'm that much more knowledgeable and confident going into my 2nd deal which I'm already working on.
