Would not they simply treat it under the AZ statute and therefore ignore the Series aspect of that LLC?

Depending on that, I would then talk to some lenders and see ignore you can leverage the equity Byrd refinancing.

However I thought this post seemed pretty realistic.Usually these self promoting posts get a hearty round of praise from the complete newbs, and are completely  ignored by anyone actually knowledgeable. 

I also make it clear that ignoring me will not be tolerated.

Why not just follow Tom McElroy’s tax advice from rich dad books & ignore all middle class savings tools including IRA’s, 401ks etc.

As daycare is scheduled for demolition per eminent domain order, tenant has refused to pay rent since 12/2017 and refuses to move, even though city says she must vacate by 6/22/18 which she defiantly has ignored.

I'd completely ignore the zestimate and just ask your agent for a CMA and rental comps. 

It's important to be truthful and not prey on a distressed homeowner if they are ignorant.
