It's just that Rob wrote: "I would do a net listing OR close and resell" (emphasis added), as if you didn't close before net listing.But certainly, I see THAT difference.On the subject of Net Listing, @Matt Motil wrote that it's legal in Ohio, and seemed surprised that it was even brought up as a possible bone of contention.
