If you decide to maintain at least be sure you do a credible and educated analysis on appreciation potential.

But I've been watching all the games on ESPN, reading the rules, and even reading some books written by Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, and other great players.

We know there need, want and interest, we have collected all the info, they have been well informed and educated of the process, it's now all but a functionary call, to complete process items.
