Also, stuff that is public domain, or worked 5 years ago, or lacking on specifics, or motivational/emotional in nature is not RE investment education/training.And maybe we all should come up with a review system/place and track the performance of such gurus.

This morning I was about to register her full name as a domain for her website and I noticed that her broker or their media agency (ColdwellBanker) purchased the domain a few days ago and linked it to their own website.Now my question is, are there any real estate agents out there that experienced the same?

The State of Florida did make it a bit easier to have trees removed if you engage a certified arborist, but that act from the legislature ticked off a lot of municipalities who didn't appreciate the perceived infringement on their domain, so they still will battle you on it.
