If you have replacement cost coverage they will pay the remainder of the cost after the job is complete and you send them proof of the total cost in the form of an invoice from the contractor.

They know how they received the unit, I keep photos and videos of the before and after condition, and back everything up with receipts and third-party invoices for repairs.

The other neat thing with cloud products is that most have API that allows you to integrate one tool with another (invoicing/accounting tool with your CRM etc.) - i.e: your tools talk to eachother and share information automatically as you specify; automation is gold.
