I'd be interested to hear if anyone has STR near there, you would need a non-HOA regular block to have a chance I would think.

There’s a large apartment (a few hundred units) being expanded 3 blocks away.It’s 4 blocks away from a major university health center (and embassy suites for hospital visitors) and 2 miles from another hospital (possible travel nurse MTR potential).

Myrtle Beach is a great area.You will need to be several blocks, or more, from the beach at that price point.A  fixer upper would get the price down some.

It also lessens my time to show the property because they call come in the same time block.
