After all, once an owner of an industrial warehouse locks a quality tenant (like Amazon or Walmart) into a long-term triple net lease with no management obligations, it is the very definition of stability.

Not everyone can afford a conventional home and the people who service your car, work at Walmart or Target or clean your offices need a home too.

The would never categorize Albertsons, Safeway,or a super Walmart with a guy that owns a local neighborhood store but they throw the mom and pop landlord in the same boat with these major corporations and hedge funds.

All the small stuff comes from Wal Mart.
