Doral and Miami Lakes as especially hot markets.

Basically the other towns in Lake and Porter county that butt up to Chicago.I just started looking there for a student rental for my daughter, so I would like to do a lot more work on the area. 

This unit is near many employers such as Boston Scientific, Deluxe, Land O' Lakes and others.I started my listing at $1825, and then dropped it to $1795, when I didn't get any leads or contacts after the first two weeks. 

I am looking for some help/advice on working pre-forclosures and auctions in Lake County Indiana.

They have lakes, ponds, pools and other amenities.

I would give it a C/C- building in C/C+ neighborhood, one on a lake and the other close to downtown.

Are there any flippers or landlords in the Salt Lake county in need of trash out, move in, move out , lawn care?

I prefer North Canton, Jackson, Lake, Green as stable areas in the community over some others.

He caveats the growth with some black swan event, of course.
