I'm getting into the land coaching business and I maybe I'm naive, but I think the days of Gurus ripping people off are getting tougher and tougher as information flows so freely with Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, and other real estate forums that some "Guru" that is overselling and under delivering isn't going to last very long.

You could also visit and join one or several groups on other social media sites such as Linkedin or Facebook where professional field inspectors discuss this topic in great detail as well as share information about those companies who are hiring and who are paying top scale as well as those who do not pay or slow pay.
