It's easy to sell stocks when the market's down but most property owners hang on because they can't easily sell with a phone call or the click of a mouse.

@Carley Corbin go must go to that specific counties website and click on auction calendar.

I found it requiring a lot of clicks.  

If nothing is on record, it goes through with the click of a mouse. 

They can also see details on the properties such as address, statistics, data on the loan, pictures etc.When we have new offerings they can see those too and invest at the click of the mouse and electronically sign their subscription documents.

When all the viewer has to do is click a button to say "I'm interested in your listing, when can I see it,"  they don't have much invested and usually don't even remember which houses they sent messages about. 

Click on the "lease" tab and do a search.

I'd look at the tax forums and see who you click with, have calls with a few people.
