I am against this Bailout Plan because there exist better alternatives to its overall structure as it relates to timing, magnitude and the methodology of attacking the current economic problem.The “emergency†plan was introduced with an overwhelming sense of urgency as the solution to the global credit freeze that would inevitably lead to wide spread job losses, increased home foreclosures and an annihilation of investor confidence.

It includes, among other things, a comprehensive map of the Cleveland area, grading each census tract from A+ down to F, using a consistent, objective and transparent methodology using publicly available data (not subjective and arbitrary), which should help to get some legit intel around the risk level of any given specific location to really help you see what you are getting into.

There are a lot of people out there that advise against out of state REI (especially for a first-time investor), however, I don't agree with that methodology completely although they make valid arguments.
