A few deals fell through because of varies reasons, but ultimately we had tons of action on the houses and eventually found the perfect buyer.

They have no option but to pursue legal action as the agents have also not been paid but are there to guide this seller because they've agreed to work together.

We fronted the money for her stay, which she later repaid at closing.Our team sprang into action immediately.

Mailers is more-so a conditioning action. 

They are more aligned with fed action and the secondary market, so DSCR will follow rate trends.

I'm not a lawyer or attorney, but seeing as how so many have been affected by this, and the amount of bad practices that they're performing, i suggest some of you get together with an attorney, and see if you can go after this company with a class action lawsuit, and see if you can not only drop your remaining charges, but get back at least some of the money you put into it.

The good news is that now you can exclude capital gains on your NJ house due to the "unforeseen circumstances" exception. 

That, a few podcasts, a few select books, and a couple of subscriptions choke full of info material (less than 100$/month), maybe a couple mentorship programs (for less than 2K/year), and a lot of action on your part and you'll be a lot better than paying $$K for "gurus".To rephrase, do you have more money than you know what to do with or an urgent need to get it to work for you, together with a lot of time on your hands ready to take massive action?

Thanks Hey Troy, I would say the best bet is for you to try to sell it as a package deal and get a seasoned investor-agent to try to get you some action on it.
