The is a shot in the arm and yes RE values will inch up and stimulate jobs, to a point.

I still use a standard reel tape measure - when it's a game played in half inches you need the accuracy.

It's sort of a "keep your enemies closer" thing...I have always worked to ensure that the HOA does not become one of those HOAs you read about in the paper...telling people that their house is the wrong shade of white or that their grass is a sixteenth of an inch too high.But, I do think HOAs serve some purpose with respect to maintaining aesthetics.

Pipe was about 30 inches ,  it was 3/4 inch poly , the thick wall .

These new units only require a 3 inch line set from outdoor unit to indoor unit.

I have been buying land in the path of growth for many years and have never personally developed an inch of the dirt.

They can safely leave a window open a couple inches with the security lock inplace so they don't have to worry about a break in.

If that doesn't work, remove the trim from the top of the frame and install a 2-3 inch screw through the top of the door frame into the framing above. 

Does a 3/4 inch supply line even have the capacity to push 5.5 gallons of water per minute through it?
