A house hacker? 

@Gene Hacker and @Isaiah Acosta I just found out I have another event I must be at (moms retirement dinner) so I’ll miss the meeting this month.

Some of the popular spots for house-hackers are Irving Park, Portage Park, and Jefferson Park to the NW, Avondale, Logan Square, and East Humboldt south of there, and then Pilsen and McKinley Park further south. 

It is the same way I started, until I grew into my niche - which is small multi-family investors/ house-hackers/ BRRRR Strategy investors in New York.While you get the ball rolling, you'll notice that your business will come from multiple sources.Best of luck to you moving forward!

I am a trying to get started in real estate and I plan to get started through house hacking. Any advice from investors in Little Rock, AR.

Basically, hackers can compromise your e-mail and monitor emails being sent/received.

Try to find an agent who works with house hackers.

This is the oldest trick in the book tenants will pull “ my account got screwed up “ “they seized my accounts at the bank” “ hackers stole my identity so I’m getting it all worked out this week “ . “ Russian counter intelligence have infiltrated my accounts ”I always tell tenants the same thing when they come up with this crap .

I do wish I could hear more stories from SINGLE female house hackers to put my mind at ease or give me tips.3) Pets: My 12 year old dog/daughter loves people and other animals and traveled everywhere with me, but I do have concerns leaving her in the home with someone I feel is not familiar with dogs (may let her out, give her unsafe foods, etc) or someone that may harm her.
