Best to have another meeting with your team to talk through other exit strategies and game plans.

For guests, if it checks the "W/D" box then whatever fits will be fine, I don't think there is a true minimum.

Many investors choose a profit-sharing model for true equity partners, often splitting profits 50/50 or based on the level of their contribution to the deal, but ensure everything is clearly defined in writing to avoid misunderstanding/miscommunication. 

Being novices in the game we do not have the legal or business background to know where to begin on accepting funds.

@Deal H.I want you to get in the game too, I just want you to do so from a place of financial strength. 

I know we all get caught up in the frenzy and the excitement of large deals and great cash flow, but there are no get rich-quick schemes in this game. 

I will not personally rent anything that does not have a hot tub and a view, and is a true cabin. 

They have no skin in the game, they'll just move on to the next owner.
