Always snake the main drain before renters move in.

Hello Bigger Pockets Community,I am currently facing an issue with a property that I’ve recently put under contract and I’m in need of your expert advice.Upon conducting a snake sewer line inspection, we discovered a water blockage in the pipeline.

I have to say though years ago I went to a park down south and they had to tell me to have my kids put shoes on or the snakes might bite them. 

Either way, sounds like a snake seller. 

Not dogs, not cats, not iquanas, not snakes...In spite of the fact I have run into numerous pets with bad attitudes or manners, I have NEVER met a pet owner that was aware of those traits.First off, you MUST check your local landlord and tenant codes.

You'd be paying for at worst snake oil and at best a bad negotiator.

It does seem as if a lot of gurus sell snake oil, and it is a shame.  

I showed the article to my husband and he said, "snake."  

Maybe a huge snake nest, or some other burrowing animal?

Most of them are better at selling courses and snake oil than they are at doing actual deals.
